Because dental insurance policies vary, and your insurance company determines benefits, we encourage you to become familiar with your specific plan, including any limitations, exclusions, deductibles, and annual maximums. Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider, and coverage cannot be guaranteed until your claim has been processed.
While we are happy to file claims on your behalf and help you navigate the process, any portion of your treatment that is not covered by your insurance—including deductibles, co-payments, denied claims, or unpaid balances—remains your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer questions or help you better understand your benefits.'

Don't see your insurance company listed? That's okay, most PPO insurance policies have out-of-network benefits. Call our office and we can guide you through to process of seeing an out of network dentist, Its Doable!!
